Hi I’m Natalie Folgar, a strategist, author, and professional who has built a career around turning ideas into clear stories.
I also have dyslexia and dysgraphia.
That means writing has never been simple for me. I am a horrible speller. Reading takes more effort than people realize. Getting thoughts out of my head and onto the page can be frustrating, messy, and slow.
But that never meant I did not have something to say.
I have written books. I have built a career in strategy and marketing. I have led work that depends on language, ideas, research, storytelling, and clear communication. I know what it feels like to have strong thoughts but struggle with the mechanics of writing them down.
That is why I built Write What I Mean.
Most writing tools focus on fixing mistakes. They correct your grammar. They rewrite your sentences. They polish your words until they sound like everyone else. But people do not need to lose their voice just to be understood.
Write What I Mean was built for people who know what they mean, but need help getting it onto the page clearly. It helps turn misspellings, messy drafts, voice notes, half-thoughts, and scattered ideas into clear writing that still sounds like you.
This tool is for people with dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADHD, language-processing differences, and anyone who has ever typed something and thought:
“That is not what I meant.”
The goal is not to make you sound like AI. The goal is to help you sound like yourself, only clearer.
Everyone deserves to express themselves with less friction, less shame, and more confidence.
